wenn man, so wie ich, von orientalischem essen nicht genug kriegen kann, dann ist man im "Neni" genau richtig. das am naschmarkt ist mein persönlicher favorit. am liebsten sitz ich im ersten stock (man darf hier sogar rauchen, aber wenn nicht jemand explizit danach gefragt hätte, wär mir das überhaupt nicht aufgefallen. es war weder stickig noch roch es nach rauch!) und beobachte die menschen. die süßkartoffelpuffer schmecken wahnsinnig lecker und hummus, tabouleh, baba ganusch und co. sind sowieso ein traum.
allerdings sollte man unbedingt, auch unter der woche, einen tisch reservieren. es ist immer ziemlich viel los!
als nächstes wird das "Neni im 2ten" besucht. :-)

i love nothing more than oriental food. and "Neni" is the perfect place to get some here in vienna. i could sit there for hours (well, mostly i do!) and watch the people. and the food. oh, the food. the sweet potatoe patties are as delicious as the hummus, tabouleh and baba ganusch. smoking is allowed upstairs, but it´s ok, because you won´t even recognize it. but be sure to book a table in advance. the place is almost always pretty crowded.
next, i will try the food at the "Neni im 2ten". :-)
